Founding Partner agreement

A simple one-page commitment. Read it, then confirm below.

MerryMakers Venue Partner Agreement — Summary

By registering as a Founding Partner, you agree to the following terms:

1. Listing. You authorise MerryMakers to display your venue on its platform with the details you provide. You may update or remove your listing at any time with 30 days' notice.

2. Commission. MerryMakers earns 8% of each successful booking processed through the platform. No upfront fees are charged.

3. Payment. Customers pay 100% upfront through MerryMakers' secure checkout. You receive 90% of the booking value immediately upon confirmation. A 10% security deposit is released 48 hours after the event is confirmed complete.

4. Price parity. Dates listed on MerryMakers will not be advertised at a lower price on other platforms or directly.

5. Response time. You commit to responding to booking enquiries within 24 hours.

6. Term. This agreement runs for 12 months from your listing go-live date, renewable by mutual agreement with 30 days' notice to exit.

7. Founding Partner benefits. As a Founding Partner, you receive complimentary professional venue photography, priority search placement for 18 months, a dedicated account manager, and access to monthly market intelligence reports.
